My names is Caoimhín Heaney, I’m 21 years old and was born and raised in a small city at the top of Ireland called Belfast. I’ve been involved in sport for as long as I can remember and can’t fault the experience I’ve had within it. Sport has given so much to me over the years, both on and off the pitch. From experience and contacts to life lessons and opportunities of a lifetime, sport has given me more than anyone could ever ask for. Therefore I want to give back, to help those participating in sport to have the same outlook as me and to help shape the future of sport in my community, county and country.
